Winter Freeze in COE90 is a cold blue and white mix: cobalt, powder blue, light cyan, white and a pale lavender, with clear and transparent pale blue pieces. The cobalt and white make the strongest contrast and the lavenders sit quietly between them.
Each dot is a 2 to 3 mm slice of 6 mm cane, made from Bullseye glass and rated COE90; use it only with COE90 glass. Bags are mixed and the balance of blue to white to lavender varies. Cobalt and white over a pale blue base make snowflakes and frost, and the pale transparents over white read like ice on a window.
