COE90 Glass Packs bundle compatible fusible glass into ready-to-fire, convenient assortments for stocking a COE90 fusing studio. The category centers on Bullseye Glass Company sheet glass and frit alongside CBS Dichroic patterned and solid color squares, with AGS scrap and one of each assortments rounding out the mix. Most packs in this category are COE90 fusible assortments intended for use with other compatible COE90 glass. Any product labeled non-fusible, including stained-glass mosaic scrap, should be used for cold mosaic or stained-glass work only and should not be mixed into kiln-firing projects.
The packs fall into several groupings. COE90 Bullseye Glass Packs include studio fuser sets, Tekta assortments, opalescent and transparent 3mm mixes, streaky assortments, and painting kits. COE90 Glass By The Pound covers black, clear, crystal clear, Tekta, and white opalescent in 2mm thin, 3mm standard, and 6mm thick formats. Dichroic options live in COE90 CBS Dichroic Glass Packs and COE90 Dichroic Glass Packs, with patterned and solid color squares in 1" and 1/2" sizes on 2mm thin clear glass, plus a CBS Rainbow Dichroic Frit Sample Set. COE90 One of Each Packs and assorted scrap packs are useful when you want color variety without committing to full sheets.
Start with thickness. 2mm thin glass is the workhorse for capping dichroic, building stacked layups, or running full fuses that should finish thinner. 3mm is the standard single-layer thickness for tack and full fusing, and 6mm Tekta gives you a slumping-ready base in one layer. If you are learning how color behaves in the kiln, an opalescent or transparent assortment teaches more per dollar than buying individual sheets. If you already know what you want, a by-the-pound pack of clear, black, or Tekta keeps the studio stocked at a better rate than ordering sheet by sheet.
For fusible COE90 packs, keep the glass with other tested-compatible COE90 materials. Do not mix COE90 with COE96, float/window glass, or non-fusible stained-glass scrap in a kiln-firing project. Bullseye sheet, Bullseye frit, and CBS dichroic squares on COE90-compatible backing can be used together in COE90 projects when the firing schedule is chosen for the full stack, thickness, and desired finish. Many dichroic projects place the coated face under a compatible clear cap, but orientation and capping should follow the product guidance and the look you want.
Use these packs for fused jewelry cabochons and pendants, coasters, sushi plates, nightlights, sun catchers, drop-out vessels, kiln-carved tiles, and pattern bar work. Frit sampler packs let you sift and stencil color into clear or opal bases. Precut circles and disco rounds speed up production runs where you would otherwise be scoring identical shapes. Scrap and Assorted Anything packs are handy for dialing in firing schedules, testing inclusions, and running color tests before committing dichroic or premium sheet to a finished piece.
