Glass cane adds crisp lines, spirals, and dimensional accents to fused glass work. This category carries COE90 cane hand pulled from Bullseye Glass in four styles: twisted cane, ribbon cane, streamer cane, and striped cane, in a wide range of color combinations from single colors to three-color mixes.

• Twisted canes: clear cane twisted with one or more colors, such as Clear with Black, Clear with Red, Clear with Turquoise, and multicolor twists like Yellow, Red and Orange or the Rainbow cane. Each cane is about 9 inches long and 3 to 3.5 mm in diameter, in single twist and double twist versions.
• Ribbon canes: flat ribbons in colors like Cyan, Deep Cobalt Blue, Forest Green, and two-color pairings such as Aventurine Blue and Pink. Sold in packs of 12 sections, each 2.5 inches long and roughly 4 to 7 mm wide.
• Streamer and striped canes: multicolor combinations like Pink, Turquoise and White or Marigold and French Vanilla for bolder linework.

Choosing a cane style

Twisted cane reads as a fine spiral line, ideal for borders, stems, and lattice details. Ribbon cane lays down a wider band of color, while streamer and striped canes give layered, painterly lines. Because every cane is handmade, slight variations in pattern and thickness are normal and part of the appeal.

Firing and usage notes

All canes here are pulled from Bullseye Glass to maintain COE90 compatibility, so they fire predictably alongside other compatible COE90 sheet glass, frit, and stringers. Lay canes on the surface for raised texture after a tack fuse, or full fuse them flush into the piece.
