COE96 Streakies

Streakies are fusible sheet glass with two or more colors pulled through the sheet in flowing streaks, so every sheet carries its own pattern. This category is our COE96 streaky range from Oceanside Glass and Tile, made for the tested-compatible System 96 fusing system.

What's in this category at AGS

The range covers white-based streaky mixes such as Steel Blue/ White, Red/ White, Dark Purple/ White, and Seafoam Green/ White, along with multi-color blends like Amber, Green/ White and White/ Dark Green/ Blue. A large group of pearl opalescent streakies, including Sierra Red, Hawkwings, Key Lime, Rain Forest, and Blue Skies, adds a soft pearlescent shimmer to the streaked colors. You will also find wispy sheets such as Sky Blue/ White Wispy and a few streaky transparents, including Brown/ Gold and Waterglass textured Bronze and Sky Blue.

Choosing streaky glass

Opalescent streakies read as solid, saturated color and work well for bowls, plates, and backgrounds where you want the pattern to carry the piece. Pearl opalescents add shimmer that shows strongest in direct light. Because streaking varies from sheet to sheet, the sheet you receive will follow the colorway shown but not the exact pattern.

Fusing notes

All sheets here are COE96. System 96 glass is tested to fire together, so these streakies combine readily with other System 96 sheets, frit, and stringers. Keep COE90 and COE96 in separate projects, and never mix the two systems in one firing.
