COE90 Special Production is Bullseye Glass Company's rotating run of limited release sheet glass: limited-run color blends and special combinations that sit outside the standard Bullseye catalog. Every sheet in this category is genuine Bullseye, tested compatible at COE90, and built for kiln fusing, slumping, and stained glass work. Availability can change, so if a particular Special Production sheet is important to a project, buy enough for the job while it is available.
Special Production refers to Bullseye sheets produced in short runs rather than as ongoing catalog colors. These are the sheets where color combinations, drizzles, streakies, infusions, and cascade effects are pushed beyond the standard line. Because each run is finite, the inventory here shifts often, and individual sheets can vary slightly from one to the next in pattern density and color distribution, which is part of their appeal for one-of-a-kind work.
The current selection is entirely Bullseye Glass Company Special Production in a wide range of styles. You will find double-rolled sheets at 3mm in opalescent, transparent, and streaky blends, thin-rolled sheets at 2mm for layered fuse work, and single-rolled options. Effects across the category include cascade, wispy and streaky blends, aventurine green and aventurine blue infusions, fracture-streamer combinations, drizzles, stripe patterns, and graffiti-style overlays. Color stories range from French vanilla and warm neutrals to peacock blues, pumpkin and tangerine oranges, holly berry reds, chartreuse, and deep plum.
All sheets here are part of the Bullseye COE90 system and are intended to be fused with other COE90 glass. Most makers pair Special Production sheets with standard COE90 Sheet Glass from the regular Bullseye line for base layers and caps, then use the Special Production sheets as a focal layer where pattern and color do the heavy lifting. If you are working on a tested-compatible piece (full fuse with multiple layers), confirm the sheet listing notes tested compatibility before committing it to a critical layer.
Standard Bullseye COE90 firing schedules apply. Double-rolled 3mm sheets behave as a full layer in most fuse stacks. Thin-rolled 2mm sheets are useful for capping, for adjusting overall stack thickness toward the 6mm rule, and for keeping color subtle in layered designs. Cascade and heavy streaky sheets can shift visually under heatwork, so a test fire on a small offcut is worth the time before cutting into a sheet you cannot replace.
Special Production sheets are popular for kiln-formed wall panels, sushi and serving dishes, jewelry components, suncatchers, pattern bars, and stained glass panels where a unique focal piece is wanted. The streaky, cascade, and drizzle styles read especially well in backlit work and in slumped vessels where curvature stretches the pattern.
