Hot Shot builds compact glass kilns for fusing, slumping, and casting, and this category carries the Hot Shot lineup at Art Glass Supplies, from starter units through the roomy Creativity Pro models, plus dedicated vitrigraph and wax burnout configurations. These kilns fit home studios and classrooms where a full size production kiln will not.
The Starter Glass Kiln (HS-12G) gives you a 12 x 12 x 6 inch chamber for jewelry, tiles, and pendants. The Creativity Pro line steps up to 16 x 16 x 6 inches (HS-16G) and 24 x 24 x 14 inches (HS-24G) for platters, panels, and multi piece loads, and the 240V HS-1200G offers a tall 10 x 10 x 12 inch chamber that clears deep slump and casting molds. The 7G platform comes three ways: a standard base kiln (HS-7G), a vitrigraph kiln (HS-7GV), and a wax burnout kiln (HS-7GW).
A vitrigraph kiln melts glass in a pot and lets it flow through a floor port so you can pull your own stringers, curls, and murrini cane. The HS-7GV comes configured for exactly that. The HS-7GW vents wax out of investment molds for lost wax glass casting. If neither technique is in your plans, the standard HS-7G covers everyday fusing in the same compact footprint.
Match the chamber to the largest piece you plan to fire and confirm your outlet against the model's voltage and amperage. Fire one compatible glass family per project, whether COE90, COE96, or float, and match your schedule to that glass. Hot Shot kilns are built to order and drop shipped factory direct, and we confirm the shipping quote and lead time once your order is finalized.
