Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we send a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can also find tracking information at any time by signing in to your account and opening the order in your order history.

Which carriers do we use?

Orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Your tracking number links directly to the carrier's tracking page so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.

Kilns are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you ordered a kiln, tracking details for that shipment are provided separately once the manufacturer dispatches it.

Tracking not updating?

Carriers sometimes take a business day to show the first scan after a label is created, so a brief delay is normal. If your tracking has not moved for several days, or you have any question about your shipment, we are happy to help.
