Keep the base sheet, frit, stringer, and any other accents on the COE90 system, and do not mix in COE96 components in the same fired piece. A tack fuse keeps the raised outline of a cactus or a bear standing off the base; a full fuse pulls it flush for a smooth, wipeable surface.
