There is no clear window in this one, so the colour reads fully saturated from every angle. Cut across the rod and the three stripes show as a pinwheel on the cut face.
Every stripe is opaque, so the rod covers whatever sits under it and reads the same on black or clear. This cane is COE96. Keep it with COE96 glass and nothing else.
