How to Use
-
Start with a clean, dry kiln shelf. Do not apply kiln wash on top of ThinFire.
-
Place ThinFire with the rough, printed side against the shelf and the smooth, plain side against the glass. Avoid overlaps and wrinkles.
-
Load glass on the paper and keep the shelf level for even contact.
-
Fire using your normal schedule for the glass and project type.
-
After cooling, lift the project and discard the used paper.
-
Wipe remaining residue from the shelf with a damp cloth or HEPA vacuum. Avoid breathing dust.
-
For deep or highly textured molds, a brush-on separator kiln wash may be a better choice.

Store flat, clean, and dry in the original bag or a sealed container
-
Use fresh paper each firing for the smoothest surface quality
