Deep Aqua Transparent Dots COE96

Deep Aqua Transparent dots are a dark teal blue that looks almost navy where the slices stack, and a bright, glowing aqua where light passes through a single edge. The contrast between the dark mass and the lit rims is the whole story of this color.

Each dot is a slice of 6 mm cane about 2 to 3 mm thick, COE96, for use with COE96 glass only. Over white or clear it does what a transparent should: glows. Tack fuse a trail of them across a white plate for water droplets, use them as fish scales on a cream base, or set one in the tail of a peacock feather design.

How does deep aqua behave on a base?
Transparent, so the base sets the tone. Over white or clear it fires to a deep, saturated aqua with real glow; over black it reads as a dark teal shadow. Tack fused on a light base each dot is a small aqua lens, which is ideal for water droplets, ocean scenes, fish scales and peacock accents.
