Midnight blue, a dark navy that reads nearly black in shadow, wraps this opaque rod with French vanilla stripes spiralling around it. The contrast is strong and the spiral is easy to read from across the room. No clear glass, so the rod is the same from every side.
Navy and cream at this contrast make a border that reads from across the room and a divider that separates fields of colour without adding a third tone. COE90, hand pulled from Bullseye glass, and made for COE90 glass only. Lay full sections along an edge, or nip them and set the pieces on end so each cut face shows a small dark and cream pinwheel.
