Neo-Lavender Opalescent dots are a pale pinkish lavender, light enough that a soft glow shows through the edges of the slices, with some faces carrying a slightly deeper streak. In a pile they look like sugared violets.
COE90 dots made from Bullseye glass, sliced from 6 mm cane at about 2 to 3 mm thick, for use with COE90 glass only. Pastels want a dark base to show. Use it for wisteria and lilac blossoms on black, Easter eggs on a green base, or a pastel polka pattern with mint and powder blue on a deep purple dish. Tack fused, the slight translucency gives each dot a soft glow at the rim; full fused it settles into a flat pastel disc.
How does neo-lavender read on a base? A light opal with some translucency, so on black it reads as a soft pastel purple and on white it nearly blends in with a faint pink haze. It suits lilac and wisteria flowers, Easter eggs, pastel polka fields and baby and wedding palettes.
