Oceanside Aqua-Lime Pearl (style OGT602383CCF) is System 96 tested compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, aqua and lime with white pearly swirls in a Corella texture.
Appearance
Aqua and lime greens swirl together with soft, pearly white through this sheet, giving a bright watery blend. As an opalescent it stays dense and holds its color, with the white swirls reading like cream folded into the greens. The Corella surface adds a gentle rippled texture that catches the light.
Working notes
The Corella texture sits on one face while the reverse is smoother, so choose which side shows before firing. The swirled pattern runs through the sheet, so cut placement changes each piece. A full fuse flattens and softens the texture, while a tack fuse or lower firing keeps more surface movement.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with other System 96 glass, so it fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. When you combine it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
