Oceanside Chocolate (style 2116-96) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible frit, crushed opaque brown glass.
Appearance
A warm, milky chocolate brown. As an opalescent frit the granules read opaque rather than see-through, holding a rich, even cocoa color.
Working notes
The opaque brown holds over any base. A heavy scatter melts into a solid field of color, a light dusting into soft shading.
Reactions

Using the frit
Frit is crushed glass in graded grain sizes. Sprinkle it for soft color transitions, pack it into a mold for casting, or add texture to a fused piece.
Fusing and compatibility
Fires on the System 96 schedule with any 96 COE glass in the family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
