Oceanside Clear/Ivory (style OGT20161SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a streaky smooth sheet mixing clear glass with cream ivory opal.
Appearance
Clear glass swirls together with a soft cream ivory opal in gentle, cloudy streaks. Where the ivory gathers it reads warm creamy white; where the clear shows through it opens to a bright see-through area, with a soft marbled movement like cream drifting in water.
Working notes
Clear windows let the piece underneath show through while the ivory masks it. A full fuse smooths the surface and keeps the streaky flow; a tack fuse keeps piece edges defined.
Reactions
This is a sulfur-bearing color, rated high on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a copper-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Fuses cleanly with any other System 96 glass at 96 COE. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
