Oceanside Key Lime Pearl Opalescent (style OGT602281CCF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a lime green and white opalescent with a pearly Corella surface.
Appearance
Bright lime green swirls with creamy white in soft marbled bands. Opalescent, with a pearly satin shimmer from the fine Corella ripple that scatters light across the green and white.
Working notes
The textured face carries the shimmer, so fire texture-side up to hold it through a tack fuse; a full fuse relaxes the ripple flat and can quiet the sheen. As a streaky opal it reads solid over light and dark bases, and every cut differs.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth.
