Oceanside Light Green/White (style OGT3272SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a streaky blend of bright green and opal white in a smooth sheet.
Appearance
Bright spring green swirled through milky opal white in a flowing, watery pattern. The green reads translucent, the white streaks opaque, so the glossy sheet shifts between clearer green passages and cloudy white ones.
Working notes
The green passages pass light while the white stays solid, and no two sections look alike. Over a light base the green brightens and the streaking stands out; over dark the white carries the pattern. The smooth face holds through a full fuse, while a tack fuse keeps dimension and softens edges. Cut placement lets you feature more green or more white.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated low on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Fuses cleanly with the rest of the System 96 line. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee a fit, so fire a test tile first.
