Oceanside Sky Blue, Dark Blue/White (style OGT6337SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a streaky blend of sky blue, dark blue, and white on a smooth sheet.
Appearance
A marbled mix of sky blue and deeper blue swirled through with white. The blues flow in soft currents, lighter where the white runs and darker where the blue pools, so the sheet reads like moving water. Opalescent, with a smooth glossy face.
Working notes
Both faces are smooth, so either side can go up, and the streaking reads a little differently on each. A full fuse softens and moves the streaks; a tack fuse keeps layered pieces crisp. Every cut differs.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Fires on the System 96 schedule with any 96 COE glass in the family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
