Oceanside Atlantis Spirit (style OGT436176SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a streaky blend that runs cobalt blue, lime green and white across a smooth sheet.
Appearance
The sheet mixes strong cobalt blue, bright lime and yellow-green, and clear white in diagonal streaks that shift from one to the next. It is a lively multi-color transparent, so the colors carry light and read almost like brushstrokes across the glass. Each area holds a different balance of blue and green.
Working notes
The color runs in streaks through the sheet, so each cut piece shows a different mix. As a transparent it passes light, and the streaks glow where the sheet is lit from behind. The smooth face fuses flat, and a full fuse brings it level and glossy. As a sulfur-bearing color it can react where it meets a copper-bearing glass.
Reactions
This is a sulfur-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a copper-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with other System 96 glass, so it fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. When you combine it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
