Oceanside White/Orange-Red (style OGT6755SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a streaky smooth sheet swirling fiery orange-red with white.
Appearance
The sheet swirls bright orange and deep red together with streaks of white in a marbled, flame-like flow. Where the white folds in it softens the color to a warm peach, and where the red and orange gather it reads as a fiery blaze. The smooth surface holds strong, painterly movement across the sheet, so no two areas look the same.
Working notes
The streaky orange-red and white mix gives dramatic color movement in a single sheet, so each cut piece carries its own pattern. A full fuse smooths the face and keeps the swirling flow, while a tack fuse holds piece edges. As a semi-opaque streaky it stays bold over both light and dark backing. As a medium sulfur-bearing color it can react where it meets copper-bearing glass.
Reactions
This is a sulfur-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a copper-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with other System 96 glass, so it fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. When you combine it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
