Pop Art is primary color with hard edges. Royal blue, tomato red and bright yellow opal chips scatter against black grains and white opal, every piece opaque, so the pile reads as flat graphic dots with nothing translucent softening it. The black and white grains work as spacers in the pile, giving each primary chip a hard border of its own. Nothing here shades into pastel; the palette is poster ink from edge to edge.
Some of the colors may not settle into their target shade until after a fuse; trust a fired sample over the raw scatter. Sulfur bearing colors are included and can react against copper bearing glass. All the glass is Bullseye COE90, and same COE is the rule: combine it only with COE90.
The pieces run coarse, 2.7 to 5.2 mm, with 4 oz and 8 oz bags available. A fit for comic and poster inspired tiles, playful coasters, or a graphic border.
