Woodland Brown Opalescent Frit Balls COE90

Rich chocolate brown, opaque, with clear variation: most balls are a deep cocoa, a scattering run lighter toward caramel, and a few show a slightly dappled cap. The mix reads like a handful of coffee beans.

These beads of fused glass frit run roughly 3 to 6 mm, around 100 to 130 to the half ounce bag. Bullseye glass at a COE of 90; keep it among tested COE90 glass. Bark, soil, acorns and animal eyes are its territory, warm over cream and natural over tan.

Does Woodland Brown change when fired?
Bullseye lists 000203 as a striker that opalizes on firing, becoming slightly lighter and slightly dappled, with no published hold; balls fused once already sit close to that fired character. The glass carries sulfur and selenium, may react with copper, lead and silver bearing colors, and is not suited to kilncasting, so keep to standard schedules.
