Working Notes

A full fuse melts these murrini flat and flush into the surface, softening the leaf edges as the colors blend in. A tack fuse stops short of full melt and preserves more of the raised profile, keeping the leaf outline distinct.

Fire a small test piece before committing a full project. Results vary by kiln, shelf position, glass thickness, and the other materials in the firing, so match your schedule to your specific glass and kiln.
