Oceanside Turquoise Green (style OGT22372SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, an even turquoise-green opalescent on a smooth surface.
Appearance
A bright, saturated turquoise-green that reads consistently across the sheet, leaning toward a blue-green sea tone. As an opalescent it is dense and solid rather than see-through, with a soft satin glow. The smooth surface is flat and clean with no added texture.
Working notes
Both faces are smooth, so orientation is a matter of preference. A full fuse brings a glossy finish and a tack fuse keeps edges and layers defined. As a solid color it sits over light rather than transmitting it, which makes it a strong base layer or a bold field of turquoise.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated medium on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with any other 96 COE glass in the System 96 family. When combining it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
