Oceanside Charcoal Opalescent (style OGT28076SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a deep opaque charcoal gray in a smooth surface.
Appearance
A dark, cool charcoal gray, fully opalescent so light does not pass through. It reads even across the sheet with a smooth glossy face and only faint tonal drift.
Working notes
As a dark opal it makes a strong background and outline color, reading the same over light or dark and making brighter colors stand out. The smooth face stays glossy through a full fuse and keeps more edge on a tack fuse. Behind transparents it deepens their color.
