Oceanside Crystal Opalescent (style OGT209SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a soft white opalescent with a faint warm cast.
Appearance
Crystal is a pale, milky white with a barely-there warm cream cast in places. It is opalescent, so it glows softly rather than turning fully opaque, holding a gentle translucence that lets a little light through while still reading white. The surface is smooth and clean with only slight cloud-like shading.
Working notes
This white opal works as a soft, light-diffusing background or as a solid color field. It is translucent enough to warm up over a lit surface but still covers a dark base as a pale layer. Both faces are smooth, so it fires either side up; a full fuse gives an even glossy sheet, while a tack fuse keeps layered pieces defined.
