Oceanside Grape (style OGT5432AF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a deep transparent purple with an Artique textured surface.
Appearance
A deep grape purple, transparent and rich, with the crackled, hand-antiqued Artique surface. The texture breaks the light into shifting facets, so the purple looks lively and full of movement rather than flat, ranging from bright violet in the light to a deep royal purple in the shadows. It reads like polished amethyst.
Working notes
The Artique texture sits on one face and scatters light for depth. A full fuse melts it flat into a glossy purple sheet, so use a tack or low fuse to keep the antiqued surface. As a deep transparent, the grape glows over a light base and deepens toward eggplant over dark, making a strong feature color.
