Oceanside Grape Smooth Transparent (style OGT5432SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a deep purple transparent with a smooth surface.
Appearance
The photo shows a rich, saturated grape purple that reads transparent, passing light with a deep violet tone. The surface is smooth and glossy on both faces, with no visible texture or streaking. Held to the light it glows a clear purple, and the color stays even across the sheet.
Working notes
As a smooth transparent it transmits light and deepens where layers overlap. Over a white or light base it lights up; over a dark base it reads nearly black-purple. A full fuse keeps the glossy smooth face and the color holds true, so it works both as a light-passing layer and as a solid-looking accent when stacked.
