Oceanside Lilac Opalescent (style OGT24074SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a soft lilac purple with a smooth surface.
Appearance
The sheet is a gentle dusty lilac, a muted purple with a soft gray-pink undertone rather than a vivid violet. It is an opalescent color, so it reads as a smooth even solid across the sheet with a slight glow to the surface. The color stays soft and consistent, closer to a pale mauve-purple than a bright one.
Working notes
Both faces are smooth, so either side can face up. As an opalescent it works as a solid color that holds its own tone rather than passing light, which makes it a soft body color or accent. A full fuse gives a glossy even surface, while a tack fuse keeps layered pieces crisp on top of the lilac ground.
