Appearance
The photo shows a colorless clear sheet worked with the Artique texture, a fine network of crackled facets that catch the light in silvery highlights. The glass stays transparent and colorless while the textured face breaks reflections into a frosted, crystalline pattern.
Working notes
The Artique crackle sits on one face while the reverse is smoother. As a clear transparent it passes light fully and works as a textured cap or a sparkling clear layer over color below. A tack fuse keeps the crackled texture, while a full fuse relaxes it toward a smoother surface. Fired as a cap over colored glass, the texture adds movement without changing the color underneath.
