Oceanside Pale Gray (style OGTN1808F) is System 96 tested compatible 96 COE fusible noodles, thin pale gray transparent ribbons.
Appearance
Thin flat ribbons of pale gray transparent glass. Bundled they stack into a darker gray; single and spread out they read as a soft, light smoky gray, clear enough to pass light along the length.
Working notes
On the surface they stand up at a tack fuse and melt flush at a full fuse. As a light transparent, the pale gray reads best over a white or light base.
Reactions
This color is not on the System 96 reactive list, so it sits next to other colors without forming a reaction line. See the System 96 Reactive Color Chart for the colors that do react.
Using the noodles
Noodles are thin flat ribbons of glass for stripes, borders, and fine detail. Lay them flat or on edge to build linear patterns, and snap them to length by hand.
Fusing and compatibility
Fires on the System 96 schedule with any 96 COE glass in the family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
