Oceanside Pale Gray Transparent (style OGT1808SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a soft muted gray in a smooth surface.
Appearance
This is a very pale transparent gray with a faint lavender warmth, soft and quiet in tone. Light passes through it as a light smoky haze, so it reads almost neutral. The smooth face is glossy with gentle tonal shifts across the sheet.
Working notes
As a light transparent, pale gray works as a subtle neutral that cools whatever sits behind it. It reads clearest over a light source and darkens over a dark base. Stacked layers build a deeper smoke while a single layer stays airy, and the smooth face fuses to a gloss on a full fuse.
