Oceanside Pale Blue Artique Transparent (style OGT1308AF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a pale blue transparent with the crackled Artique surface in a 3mm sheet.
Appearance
A pale ice blue with cooler periwinkle drifts, transparent, with the Artique surface adding a crinkled crushed-ice texture that breaks light into facets.
Working notes
The texture sits on one face. Keep it up on a tack fuse to hold the crackled look, or full fuse to smooth it flat. As a transparent blue it glows over light and deepens over dark.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated low on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with any 96 COE glass in the System 96 family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
