Oceanside Teal Green (style OGTN5232F) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible noodles, thin flat ribbons of transparent teal green glass.
Appearance
A rich transparent teal, a blue-leaning green that reads as deep sea-green when lit. The ribbons are glossy and saturated, holding strong color along their length.
Working notes
Transparent, so the teal reads as a colored line over light bases and deepens where the glass stacks. A full fuse melts the ribbons flush; a tack fuse leaves them raised for texture.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated high on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Using the noodles
Noodles are thin flat ribbon strands of glass. Lay them on a base to draw stripes, borders, and linear detail, or bundle and fuse them into pattern bars.
Fusing and compatibility
Fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
