Working Notes
These are guidelines, not guarantees. Every kiln fires a little differently, so test a small piece first when the result matters and follow a slumping schedule suited to your glass and kiln.
Coat the forming surface with a kiln wash such as Hotline Primo Primer and let it dry completely before setting the glass. A boron nitride primer such as ZYP Boron Nitride Mold Primer may also be used if preferred.
Cut or prepare a glass blank sized to fit the mold. These molds are handmade and vary slightly, so measure your specific mold before cutting.
Place the glass blank over the coated mold surface and fire using a slumping schedule suited to your glass. Visually confirm the slump during firing if your kiln allows, and adjust hold times as needed.
The mold is COE agnostic. Match your slumping temperature, hold time, and anneal soak to the glass COE you are using.
Let the kiln cool fully before removing the slumped piece. Recoat the mold with kiln wash as needed between firings.

This is a suggested starting schedule based on slumping 6mm pieces in a Paragon GL24 kiln, not a guarantee. Every kiln fires differently. Follow Bullseye's published Suggested Slumping Schedule for your glass and mold depth, and test a small piece first. Adjust hold times and temperatures for your specific kiln, glass thickness, and form depth.

AFAP means as fast as possible: the kiln cools at its natural rate with the door closed. The anneal soak in segment 2 is at 900 F; adjust this temperature to match your glass COE if needed.
