Oceanside Moss Green (style 5262-96) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible frit, crushed transparent moss green glass.
Appearance
The frit is a bright transparent green, a fresh lime to moss tone that glows where light passes through the crushed granules. The pieces read clear and lively, with the color deepening where the frit piles thicker.
Working notes
As crushed glass, frit melts faster than sheet, so it flows into washes and pooled color at fusing heat.

Using the frit
Frit is crushed glass in graded sizes for controlled color work. Sprinkle it over a base for shading and blending, pack it into channels for pooled color, or fill a mold for casting and pate de verre. Finer grades melt into smooth washes while coarser grades hold more texture and dimension.
Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with other System 96 glass, so it fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. When you combine it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
