Oceanside Dark Green Transparent Noodles (style OGTN125F) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible noodles, deep green transparent ribbon strands for stripes and detail.
Appearance
A deep forest green, transparent, drawn into flat ribbon strands that glow where light passes through them.
Working notes
Transparent green deepens over dark and glows over light. The noodles fuse flat on a full fuse or stay raised on a tack fuse.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated high on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Using the noodles
Noodles are flat ribbon strands, bolder than stringers, for stripes, bands, and line detail. Lay them across a base for linear patterns, borders, or plaid effects.
Fusing and compatibility
Fuses cleanly with any other 96 COE product in the System 96 family. With glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so test-fire a small tile first.
