Oceanside Sky Blue/White Wispy (style OGT83391SF) is System 96 tested-compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a light sky blue streaked with wispy white in a smooth finish.
Appearance
A soft sky blue with thin white wisps drifting across it like clouds, light and airy and semi-opaque.
Working notes
The surface is smooth on both faces and reads as a soft solid over light bases. A full fuse blends the white wisps into the blue, while a tack fuse keeps their definition and the layered look.
Reactions
This is a copper-bearing color, rated high on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a sulfur-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth.
