This fusible decal sheet carries a loose scattering of modern, graphic flower motifs, more than thirty in all, in a flat contemporary style. The palette centers on warm yellows and golds paired with a range of greens from soft olive to bright lime, with small amber and orange accents at select flower centers. The designs vary from open petal-radiating blooms to airy dandelion and allium heads with thin branching stems tipped in tiny dots, along with simplified disc flowers with bold centers, all on slender stems of varying height.
These water-slide decals are applied to pre-fired glass and then kiln-fired onto the surface. Because the decal fires on top of the glass rather than as a compatible fused layer, no COE matching is needed and it works with glass of any COE. Soak a cut decal in clean, room-temperature water for 30 to 60 seconds until it slides freely from its paper backing, position it on clean, dry, pre-fired glass, and smooth trapped water and air outward from the center with a soft squeegee or your fingertip. Let the piece dry completely before loading the kiln.
How many decals come on one sheet? The sheet holds more than thirty individual flower decals across a range of sizes, letting you mix small accent flowers with slightly larger focal motifs in a single composition.
Do these decals work with the COE glass I already have? Yes. Because the decal fires onto the surface of pre-fired glass rather than fusing as a compatible glass layer, no COE matching is needed. Clean, fully pre-fired glass of any COE accepts these decals.
Can I cut individual flowers from the sheet before soaking? Yes. Trim closely around any single motif with scissors before soaking. This lets you place one flower precisely without managing the rest of the sheet at the same time.
What is the firing range for these decals? These are full-color decals, so they fire in the roughly 1275 to 1380 degree range. See the Working Notes for the full suggested schedule.

Apply decals to clean, pre-fired glass only. Soak each decal for 30 to 60 seconds until it slides freely off the backing, slide it into position, then smooth from the center outward to remove trapped water and air. Let the piece dry completely, at least several hours or overnight, before firing. Avoid touching the dried decal surface with bare fingers before loading the kiln.
Suggested Firing Schedule (a suggested starting point only, not a guarantee of results): Final firing temperature is roughly 1275 to 1380 degrees, held about 10 minutes. Ventilate the kiln well up to 1000 degrees and fire slowly below 500 degrees. 50 DPH to 185 degrees, HOLD/SOAK 20 min. 150 DPH to 300 degrees, HOLD/SOAK 15 min. 250 DPH to 500 degrees, HOLD/SOAK 15 min. 600 DPH to 1000 degrees, HOLD/SOAK 10 min. Then advance to 1275 to 1380 degrees, HOLD/SOAK 10 min. Anneal for the thickness of your glass. Every kiln fires differently, so test a small piece first.
