Oceanside Pale Amber and White (style OGT31702SF) is System 96 tested compatible 96 COE fusible sheet glass, a soft honey and white streaky color.
Appearance
Soft honey and pale amber tones swirl with wispy white through this sheet, giving a warm, cloudy streaky look. The amber reads translucent while the white areas stay soft and opal, and the swirls flow across the smooth surface.
Working notes
The streaky pattern runs through the sheet, so plan cuts around the swirls you want to feature. The amber passes some light while the white stays soft and solid, so it reads well over a light base. A full fuse flattens and glosses the surface, while a tack fuse keeps layered pieces distinct.
Reactions
This is a sulfur-bearing color, rated low on the System 96 reactive scale. Fused against a copper-bearing glass it can develop a reaction line or a shift in color where the two meet, an effect fusers use on purpose for shading and depth. Fusing and compatibility
Tested compatible with other System 96 glass, so it fuses cleanly with any 96 COE product in the System 96 family. When you combine it with glass from other makers, matching COE alone does not guarantee compatibility, so fire a small test tile first.
