Like all ceramic kiln molds, this form is COE agnostic, so it works with COE96, COE90, or other fusible glass. Creative Paradise publishes a full fuse schedule for a double layer of COE96 glass and a tack fire schedule for a single layer. The mold is reusable across many firings when primed and cared for properly. Glass is not included.

Working Notes
These are guidelines, not guarantees. Every kiln fires a little differently, so test a small run first when the result matters and follow a slump schedule suited to your glass and kiln.
Prime the mold surface with a boron nitride mold primer such as ZYP Boron Nitride Mold Primer , or a kiln wash, and let it dry completely before placing your glass so the glass does not stick.
Place a pre-fused blank or sheet glass over the prepared form. Use a double layer of glass with the published full fuse schedule, or a single layer with the tack fire schedule.
The mold is COE agnostic. Use a slump schedule matched to your glass, adjusting the final anneal soak for your COE.
Let the kiln cool fully before removing the slumped coasters. Re-coat the mold with primer as needed between firings.
The Slide Hi Temp brand separator is not recommended with these molds.
